We are pleased to advise that ownership of Scaffolding Software has recently changed hands and the business is now owned and operated by Yellow Goanna Pty Ltd.
Importantly, whilst the ownership structure has changed, the business will continue to operate under the same trusted Scaffolding Software brand that you know today. Our products, services, staff, support arrangements and commitment to delivering quality scaffolding software solutions will remain unchanged.
As part of this transition, all existing agreements between customers and the previous owner will be assigned to Yellow Goanna Pty Ltd with all existing rights, obligations and service commitments continuing in full under the new ownership structure. Accordingly, there will be no interruption to the services currently being provided to you.
Our focus moving forward is to continue supporting our customers with the same level of service and reliability, whilst also investing in the future growth and development of the platform.
There is no action required from you as part of this transition, and your existing arrangements with the business will continue as normal. However, as part of this transition our new bank account details will now be as follows from July 1, 2026.
